Envirobatt Test Results

Any product comprising approximately 80% paper would naturally raise the question of a potential fire hazard in domestic or commercial applications. That is not a problem with our Envirobatt as our specially formulated fire retardant ensures that the baffs simply refuse to burn. Even when subjected to intense flame from a blow torch the flame extinguishes immediately after the torch is withdrawn.

Fire testing of the product conducted by the AWTA Product Testing Division has proven that our fire retardant to be of the highest standard, as certified here. All samples tested returned a zero reading.

Official Thermal Resistance Tests (R rating) from Branz Laboratories in New Zealand have confirmed that our product has good thermal properties, as certified on the document displayed.
